Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost estimation.

Job Description:

managing all aspects of the cost estimation process, from initial assessment to final figures. 

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting cost estimates + quotations for finishes projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.

Analyzing construction plans and specifications to determine the quantity of materials required.

Preparing detailed bills of materials (BOM)

Updating self to material availabilities locally

Adhering to legal and industry standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Education: Advanced diploma or bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field such as architecture, interior design, structural engineering.
