Key Responsibilities 

• Drafting the drawings for aluminum doors and window profiles
• Preparing of contract and tender documents for construction projects
• Coordination with customers providing solutions related to their requirements
• Estimate the overall cost of the jobs and monitoring the cost and consumption of
  materials for the jobs
• Negotiating the cost of projects
• Cost control & cost benefit analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years QS experience in aluminium facade, windows & doors and familiar
  with high-rise buildings project
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
• Familiar with aluminium profiles
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeline
