Position Details

Post Receptionist (Maldivian Female, full-time) Working Hours 08:00 hrs to 15:30 hrs, Sunday to Thursday Salary MVR 9,000/-

Requirements & Scope of Work

Qualifications

• 5 passes in GCE O’ Level or equivalent standard.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, and CorelDRAW.
• Basic economics and accounting principles.

Professional Traits

• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated punctuality.
• Experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
• Proficient in monitoring work progress and deliverables, and managing priorities in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities

• Receiving all incoming correspondence and phone calls.
• Drafting and finalizing documents related to company bid submissions.
• Providing clerical and other administrative assistance.
