Job Description

Medius Diagnostics Private Limited is seeking an Nurse to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team of specialists to provide highest quality of care making critical decisions and leading on clinic issues within a person-centered care model.

Duties and Responsibilities:        

• Ensure that nursing care meetings regulatory standards
• Review nursing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with doctors and management in the coordination of patient care
• Implement quality assurance system
• Assign and schedule activities for nursing staff
• Supervise acquisition of medical supplies and equipment needed for patient care
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan and implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform administrative functions as required by management.

Requirements and Qualification:

• B.Sc. Nursing/ Master’s in nursing
• Registered Nurse at Maldives Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Minimum 02 years in nursing practice
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
