Job Description

• Updating and entetring the reservations into the booking system
• Sending the bookings to resorts/hotels/guesthouses etc...!
• Updating the resort/hotel/guesthouse confirmations numbers into the system
• Sending booking/quote confirmation & invoices to agents
• Attending all the emails from partners and hotels
• Updating daily stop sale reports from hotels in the system
• Contacting partners daily to get bookings
• Responding to all availbility enquiries from partners 
• Updating booking amendments
• Checking the Service preparation reports for daily arrivals and updating to airport team
• Handling the VIP/CIP requests
• Managing the direct FIT enquiries
• Must be able to write and speak in fluent English
