Job Description

To host each guest of Hotel by offering a level of service excellence in accordance with our position in the marketplace, and which is both personalized and professional.

• Ensure guests receive a welcome and farewell experience as per established standards.
• Resort standardized check in and check out (includes cashiering)
• Handling guest complain
• Upsell resort activities/excursions
• Attend to guest requests and enquiries
• Accompany guests on excursions if required
• Front office administrative work
• Assist with guest luggage
