Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience 
• Guide customers to products that match their needs and style 
• Build deep knowledge of our brands, products, and collections 
• Maintain store presentation, displays, shelves, and floor standards 
• Receive, organize, and replenish stock accurately 
• Run regular stock checks and support inventory management 
• Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals and store targets
