Tradex Pvt Ltd is a growing wholesale and retail distribution company based in Malé, committed to delivering quality products and reliable service to businesses and consumers across the Maldives. We are seeking a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Completed GCE O’Level (minimum requirement)

• Proficient in both English and Dhivehi (spoken and written)

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office and POS systems preferred)

• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, helpful, confident and customer-oriented personality

• Previous experience in sales or retail will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the sales counter and on the shop floor

• Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases

• Process telephone, online and in-store orders accurately

• Coordinate and follow up on customer deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Salary & Remuneration

• Salary package: MVR 5,000-8,000
  (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
