Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at a Land Vehicle Spare Part Selling and Repair Shop. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right spare parts for their land vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right spare parts for their land vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing advice, and offering solutions to customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory management
• Assist with receiving and restocking inventory shipments
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers and team members
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in sales, marketing, or business administration preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service position preferred; training will be provided for the job
• Knowledge of land vehicles and their parts is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems
