We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries, provide information about fire safety solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Handle sales orders, invoices, and quotations while ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer transactions.
• Maintain communication with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and recommend the best solutions to customers.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to track product availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets, provide daily sales reports, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Other administrative tasks to support the office
• Familiarity with Quick Books will be considered an added advantage
  
  •    Minimum 3 passes in GCE O’ Level including English.
  •    knowledge of clerical and Sales procedures and systems 
  •    computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  •    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  •    Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  •    knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  •    Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous.
