JOB OPPORTUNITY

SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues with professionalism.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: MVR 8,000.00 to MVR 10,000.00 + Sales commission
