Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in the sales & marketing sector and project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote our properties to existing and prospective clients.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
