Position: Sales Supervisor

We are hiring a Sales Supervisor to join our team with the potential to grow within the business. You will report to the manager/ management, you’ll supervise and coordinate a team of sales colleagues, driving operational efficiencies in a high sales turnover branch whilst maintaining high standards of performance and excellent customer service.

• Experienced with supervising and leading a team and has no problems motivating other colleagues
• Capable of managing and delivering to a wide range of customer demands, providing the very best service
• Flexible and professional with a can-do attitude and working under high pressure.
• Customer focused with the passion and drive to help the business grow
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized
• An excellent communicator with the ability to work accurately at pace, in a methodical and tidy manner
• Experience in cash handling, POS experience, IT knowledge, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
• Coordinate with the relevant departments and organize monthly training programs for the Sales Team.
• Support the Store Manager in all tasks necessary to the efficient operation of the store.
• Ensuring that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed in the store
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics
