Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and present design proposals and ensure they meet client requirements and building
• codes.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control.

Preferred candidate should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional license in architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite & other rendering software.
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Above 5 years of previous experience in similar role
• Knowledge of Maldives building code & regulations is an added advantage.
