Job Description

• Providing Engineering support and technical Information to the customers on product sold from trading division.
• Improve productivity and maintaining the service quality of the division.
• Inspection of engine & gen sets at the time of delivery to customer,
• Installing engine and preparing sea trial reports. regarding the sea trials.
• Attend to emergency maintenance requirements and perform tasks in an efficient and effective manner while meeting service deadlines.
• Participate in promotional activities
• Performing repair and maintenance of the engines and gen sets after analyzing the issue caused
• preparing reports for the warranty service and logging service history.
• Providing Engineering and technical support,

• Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the Division. Coordinate all marketing, advertising, promotional and sales activities.
• Liaising and coordinating between Division and units within the Division for managing Receivables

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Experience

3 Years

Minimum Qualification

Associate Degree
