Qualification: Completed Construction Equipment Mechanic Training program (03 years) or equivalent certificate  

Experience:    Should have at least minimum 5+ years’ experience in the field of mechanical engineering and have the experience to diagnose defects on heavy duty equipment and machinery

Job Summary: Responsible to oversee fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of vehicles, mechanical machines and equipment’s and maintain all equipment’s in good condition.

Requirements:

• Should have the ability to diagnose diesel powered units, hydraulic systems and injection valves and systems.
• Should have extensive knowledge of engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Ability to provide preventive, routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs of internal combustion engines, pumps and compressors related equipment of the project.
• Should be able to prepare proper documents and progress reports of all vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics.
• Ability to lead the mechanic’s and helper’s team.
• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Experience in repairing Caterpillar Excavator will be an added advantage.
