Job Opportunity:            STUDENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Part-Time):

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to assist students in the evenings, Saturday to Thursday.

Position Details:

• Hours: 7pm – 11pm, Saturday to Thursday
• Salary: MVR 3,500.00

Requirements:

• Minimum A ‘Level completed.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assisting students with inquiries and support
• Assist in the teaching-learning process by providing assistance to tutors such as classroom arrangements, photocopying & printing, ensuring that necessary equipment’s are in working order etc…while on duty.
• Update student data and documents.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience
