Job Description

• Install, repair and preventative maintenance on commercial/industrial coffee machines and all other equipment's in 
the company portfolio mostly in-field or if required in Workshop.
• Providing technical support to clients and our partners
• To assist in spare parts management including orders/stock takes
• Preventive Maintenance: carrying out preventive maintenance on all coffee machines as per preventive maintenance schedule;
• Corrective Maintenance: carrying out repair of all coffee machines to ensure the optimum performances of the machines. This includes machine modifications to improve safety, quality, efficiency and reliability.
• Breakdown Handling: use root cause analysis thinking process to troubleshoot and carry out emergency repairs.
• Carry out machine repair work order, accurately and on time
