Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team, responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components according to project specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in various welding techniques, and committed to maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans before starting each project.
• Source and prepare materials required for welding tasks.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately according to specifications.
• Weld and join metal components using the appropriate methods, tools, and materials.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with blueprint tolerances.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, or rework as needed to meet project standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition while following safety protocols.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate or vocational training in Welding Technology or Metal Fabrication.
• Proven hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication in industrial or construction environments.
• Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc/Stick).
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to safety standards.
