This certificate will cover a wide range of topics including makeup application techniques, skincare, hygiene practices, product knowledge, and client consultation skills.

Requirements

Maldivian resident
Age 15–64 (under 18 requires parental consent).
Able to communicate in Dhivehi and English.
Computer literate.
Unemployed, OR if employed earning no more than MVR 9,200 gross monthly salary.
Not receiving other trainings, scholarships or support from World Bank–funded programmes.
