National Certificate-3 in Renewable Energy Installation and Maintenance (Solar PV) is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to install, maintain, and troubleshoot renewable energy systems, specifically in photovoltaic (PV) technology.

Requirements
  • Maldivian resident
  • Age 15–64 (under 18 requires parental consent).
  • Able to communicate in Dhivehi and English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Unemployed, OR if employed earning no more than MVR 9,200 gross monthly salary.
  • Not receiving other trainings, scholarships or support from World Bank–funded programmes.
