Duties and Responsibilities:

• Position Summary: Day-to-day operations of tracking and processing of account payables and receivable. 
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
• Preparation of monthly taxation – GST.
• Assist in annual audit preparation.
• Monthly reconciliations of accounts.
• Preparing monthly payroll and bank documents.

Desired Candidate Profile.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management/ Business Administration.
• Good knowledge of Intuit Quick books~ financial bookkeeping system is an advantage.
• Must have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office 2010.
• Must be able to demonstrate to meet deadlines.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience on similar field.
• Required basic knowledge of all local tax laws pertaining general trading.
