We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team at High Tech Maldives. The selected candidate will handle daily accounting functions, ensure accurate financial records, and support management reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Handle GST filing and related documentation
  • Prepare management reports including P&L and financial summaries
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management on financial matters

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience using QuickBooks (QB)
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
