• Update daily expenses and purchases in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial data.
• Prepare and send Statements of Account to all contract agents prior to the due date, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Collect daily cash from outlets and compare it with POS settlements to ensure accuracy and consistency in the financial records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure payments are received on time, utilizing email reminders and phone calls for effective communication.
