Supporting the senior/managing accountant and wider finance team.

Ensure all the transactions are entered into the accounting system while maintaining all the source documents. 

Daily Reconciliation of Payment Receipts, Sales collection and All Payments.

Managing all Controls, Verifying ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate.

Maintain Inventory Costing documents and analyze the costs for accounting purposes.

Filing GST Returns and ensure Income Tax Returns are filed promptly.

Performing monthly Bank Reconciliations and preparing monthly financial reports.

Maintaining Attendance Reports and Preparing monthly payroll sheets.

Preparing schedules and reconciliation required for the year end audit.     

Able to complete other ad-hoc duties that assist the wider team in servicing the workload.
