Job Description

We are looking for a highly competent, self motivated ACCOUNTANT to join our Finance team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field (Equivalent Qualification)
• Competent in use of MS. Office package.
• Excellent command of English language (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Experience in use of QuickBooks.
• Able to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a financial background.

Part of the job responsibilities include:

• Bookkeeping and data verification.
• Payroll computation and processing.
• Tax computation and processing.
• Revenue verification & payment processing.
• Fixed Assets maintenance & recording.
• Review & correct inconsistencies in financial entries.
• Request E-Banking transactions.
• Reconciling of collections, General Ledger and bank accounts on daily basis.
• Assist in Budgeting, Cashflow, Financial & Management Reporting.
• Annual Audit support.

Salary: MVR 12,000
