Job Description

We are looking for an accounts assistant intern who are willing to work on a temporary basis with us. 

Work location: A.A.A & Trading Head Office, K.Male'

Main duties & Responsibilities 

• Record daily transactions in the general ledger
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements to the management of the Company
• Process invoices accurately and within expected time periods
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Prepare and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns
• Make all statutory payments such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Business Profit Tax (BPT) to the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority
• Liaise with external parties

Requirements 

• Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s Accounting.
• Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

Salary/Stipend : Negotiable
