Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented manner and communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or face to face

• Handling of Account receivables, Accounts Payables, Invoices; payment and other financial support activities in an appropriate manner.
• Provide support service to the company sales/ purchasing team in order to achieve sales targets
• Treat customer information confidential
• Work as a team leader and adoptive team spirit among work colleague

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of A level.
• Computer literate and familiarity with Excel and QuickBooks.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
• Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner
• Experience in similar position will be an added advantage.

 

Salary: MVR 6,000- MVR 7,500

Working Hours: Sat-Thurs 08:30 – 17:00 hrs. Friday Off

Worksite:  M7 Book Store, Nikagas Hingun, Male’ Maldives.
