Job Description

We’re Hiring: Admin Assistant

Location: Male', Maldives
Starting Salary: MVR 9,000

Purpose:
Provide administrative support for MGH Island Transport operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and smooth coordination between departments and vessel teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Manage documentation (annual fees, seaworthiness certificates, insurance).
• Process renewals for vessel certifications and licenses.
• Coordinate HR tasks (attendance sheets, salary details, staff records).
• Prepare docking documents and schedules.
• Liaise with Supervisors, Captains, and Vessel Owners.
• Organize administrative records and assist with staff travel and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
