Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and  dynamic candidate (preferably Female) to fill in the following position as Adminstrative Officer.

Post: Administrative Officer (Required No: 1)

Part Time

Work Hours: Alternative Shifts (08:00-13:00 / 13:00-18:00)

Duties & Tasks

• Handling day to day administrative work.
• Accurately maintaining documents and entering data.
• Raising invoices and recognising payments.
• Compiling and maintaining records.
  
  

Skills Required

• Familiarity with book keeping and basic administrative procedures.
• Competency in MS Excel, MS Office and computer knowledge.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
• Data entry and word processing skills.
• Well organized and able to communicate clearly.
