Job Description

We are looking for self-motivated and  dynamic candidates to fill in the following position as Adminstrative Officers.

Post: Administrative Officer (Required No: 2)

Full Time 
Additional information regarding timings and breaks will be given during the interview

Duties & Tasks

• Handling day to day administrative work.
• Accurately maintaining documents and entering data.
• Raising invoices and recognising payments.
• Compiling and maintaining records.
  
  

Skills Required

• Familiarity with book keeping and basic administrative procedures.
• Competency in MS Excel, MS Office and computer knowledge.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
• Data entry and word processing skills.
• Well organized and able to communicate clearly.
