Job Description

• Placing orders and tracking them to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining stock inventory.
• Preparation and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and Invoices.
• Answering phone calls, responding to queries and replying to emails.
• Arranging post and deliveries.
• Preparation of reports and application forms.
• Arranging travel and accommodation.
• Working with team members to complete duties as needed.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
