Job Description: As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of our company's administrative operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Managing all administrative work efficiently and effectively.
• Organizing and maintaining records of HR and administrative-related documents.
• Providing support in tasks related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
• Assisting with any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Punctuality and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily task deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Advanced Level’s or Diploma
• Prior experience in an administrative role will be an advantage but not mandatory.
