Job Description

General Requirements

• GCE O’ Level
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience in related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools – Office 365
• In-depth knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or similar platforms
• Strong written English skills for documentation, instruction and additional training content
• Proven training experience, including defining training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating engaging content at both group and one on one level
• Experience in the use of other media such as video, webinars, and tutorials in a blended learning environment
• Hardworking with the capacity to work long and odd hours

 

Job Specification

• Assess individual/group training needs
• Responsible of planning, preparing and researching training materials
• Provide training to healthcare professionals and non-clinical staff in using various computer applications and systems used in the hospital
• Develop and deliver programs of learning activities
• Spend contact time with end-users on an individual or group basis
• Check and assess end-user performance and give feedback
• Troubleshooting and escalation of application issues
• Make use of new technology such as distance learning or video conferencing
• Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time by the head of the department
