Job Specification

• Experience with software application, design and implementation
• Experience in developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure system and software components
• Experience with configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms
• Excellent software troubleshooting experience
• Competence in performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to present new ideas
• Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong customer service orientation
