JOB OPPORTUNITY

SILVER SANDS IS THE LEADING DIVE AND WATER SPORTS OPERATOR IN UPMARKET RESORTS IN THE MALDIVES CURRENTLY MANAGING 12 CENTERS. WE ARE ALSO MANAGING EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR SHOWROOMS AND AN INBOUND TRAVEL BUSINESS.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC AND SELF-DISCIPLINED TEAM MEMBER TO JOIN OUR DIVE AND WATER SPORTS CENTRE.

 

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FROM DECEMBER 2024.

 

ASSISTANT BOAT CAPTAIN x4

Requirement / Qualifications:

• Should have positive attitude.
• Good verbal English.
• Must have inboard and outboard license.
• Must have Coastal Navigation level 2 certificate (Niyami).
• Ability to lead the boat crews and captains.
• Ability to maintain all boats to Company standards.
• Must have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related field.

 

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: Between USD 325.00 to USD 375.00
• Fixed Allowance: Between USD 245.00 – 255.00
• Additional benefits include Overtime, Service Charge and Mobile Phone allowance.
