Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 15 luxury resorts in the Maldives. We are seeking  highly motivated, self-disciplined team members with a positive attitude to join our Team.  

 

ASSISTANT BOAT CAPTAIN X 4

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Assistant Boat Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled in vessel operations, and committed to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.

 

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

• Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Valid inboard and outboard license required
• Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
• Ability to lead boat crews effectively
• Capability to maintain boats according to company standards
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
