Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 14 luxury resorts in the Maldives. We are seeking  highly motivated, self-disciplined team members with a positive attitude to join our Team.  

ASSISTANT BOAT CAPTAIN x4

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Assistant Boat Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled in vessel operations, and committed to ensuring the safety of passengers and crew.

REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION

Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills in English 
Valid inboard and outboard license required
Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
Ability to lead boat crews effectively
Capability to maintain boats according to company standards
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
