Job Description

FariMaldives Pvt Ltd -Thee faridhoo Farm is looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our farm and help us grow fresh, sustainable produce for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist in daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and maintenance.
• Supervise farm workers and ensure work is done efficiently and safely.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Monitor crop health and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support implementation of sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices.
• Prepare reports on productivity, crop yields, and farm activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in farm management or agricultural operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of horticulture or crop production.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
