Job Description

POST: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and drive the success of our Sales & Marketing Function, outlet operations, and real estate functions.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Planning and supervising all activities related to these three areas ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives, policies, and overall strategies.
• Develop annual business plans focused on achieving company goals/targets and ensuring profitability in these three areas.
• Maintain the company’s reputation for excellence within these domains.
• Work closely with the teams to support the strategic objectives of these functions, while collaborating with senior management and other relevant departments.
• Oversee the performance and development of the teams.
• Oversee and ensure operational efficiency, achieve sales targets and meet real-estate goals.
• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses for Sales opportunities, outlet expansions & real estate related projects.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in either business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Proven minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a managerial position in a related field.
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics, real estate management & business operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Flexible to work under pressure and long hours

Remuneration: MVR 22,000 – 25,000 (based on qualification & experience) + performance bonus based on company policy.
