Job Description

The Assistant Human Recourses Manager assists the Director of Human Resources in the running of the Human Resources Department.

The Assistant Human Recourses Manager is also responsible for the administration of all personnel functions within the framework of the established Policies and Procedures of Bandos Maldives and within the established LAWS OF THE REPUBLIC OF MALDIVES.

 

The candidates must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in the toursim human resources field. 

Must be thorough with labor law/employment act of Maldives.
