Job Description

General Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least five (5) years HVAC Management related experience
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

 

Job Specification

• Manage HVAC team to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair, installation, start-up, operation, and other duties as required
• Ensure that all preventive maintenance tasks on AC and refrigeration equipment are carried out accordingly and on a timely manner
• Service equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good condition
• Make sure all daily readings are taken
• Monitor systems through BMS to ensure air set limits are met
• Ensure accurate records of repair activities and HVAC maintenance
• Help ensure that safety standards and work quality are met by technicians and contractors
• Assist in providing necessary trainings to team members on proper safety procedures and maintenance techniques
• Responsible for ordering and making sure consumables are in stock
• Assist in other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations
