ASSISTANT MANAGER (1) – ISSUANCE AND PRODUCTION / CARD OPERATIONS

LOCATION: HULHUMALE’

Job Scope

Manage all aspects of card issuance processes for both credit and debit cards. This includes Card issuance, card production, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures. The candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field OR,
• Diploma in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• Fluency in Oral and Written Communication
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience as a Relationship Manager, in customer service or a similar role in a Bank will be an added advantage.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership skills with ability to Lead, Monitor and Manage staff.
