Responsibilities

• Leading the audit team and managing resources to ensure that Internal Audit function report complete, accurate and timely audit information
• Implement internal audit plan under guidance of Internal Auditor
• Review audit working papers to ensure that they sufficiently document information obtained, analysis made, and support conclusions
• Execute ad-hoc assignments/engagements assigned to the department
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
• Maintain open communication with auditees

 

Requirements

• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Affiliate or degree in related field
• Preference would be given to those who have a professional qualification or Audit related qualification
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field
• Experience in area of Insurance sector with similar work scope will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a solitary environment
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS office Applications
