Job Description

• Managing and updating the inventory systems.
• Performing daily inventory checks and maintaining a record. 
• Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner.
• Training and overseeing the work of team members. 
• Identifying and resolving any issues in the inventory management and processes.
• Researching and developing ways to improve inventory management processes. 
• Preparing and maintaining inventory reports.  
• Returning and replacing any damaged products.
• Maintaining an accurate & detail inventory database.
• Working closely with sales, purchasing and other relevant departments to organize the efficient flow of inventory.
• Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

Requirement

•    Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field 
•    Proven work experience as an Inventory Coordinator or a similar role in the Retail industry 
•    Familiar with Quickbooks 
•    Good communication skills 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    Having an eye for detail 
•    Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
•    Good time management and organizational skills
