Fuel allowance if riding a motorcycle and have valid Maldivian driving License
Phone Allowance
Overtime pay as per company policy

Job Description

Key duties:

• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
• Maintaining inventory and ensure items are in stock.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Analysis of data and prepare control strategies to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.

Requirements:

• A level or Diploma in a related discipline.
• 2 years’ work experience as a retail supervisor or in a similar role.
• Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Good communication skills in written and oral Dhivehi and English Languages.
• Competent computer skills.
• Familiarity with POS software will be an added advantage.
• Must have a Maldivian Driving License and motorcycle.

Salary: MVR 8,000 + allowances
