Job Description

ASSOCIATE (1) – RETAIL BANKING BRANCH (9 MONTHS CONTRACT) / RETAIL BANKING DEPARTMENT

JOB SCOPE

Responsible for all activities relating to the Branch inclusive of cash and non-cash transactions and to cross sell the products of the Bank to the community. Further, responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with the customers, resolving customer complaints by ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the services provided by the branch.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
• Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• Fluency in Oral and written Communications
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
