Job Description

Accord Insurance Brokers Maldives Pvt Ltd is an Insurance Broker registered in the Maldives and licensed by the Maldives Monetary Authority established in 2002.

The main responsibilities under this role consist of but are not limited to:

• Greet and Assist customers through the phone or in person and guide them to relevant departments. 
• Maintain digital and physical company records. 
• Oversee employee performance and prepare reports as necessary. 
• Drafting letters for the company as necessary. 
• Monitor staff attendance and prepare monthly payroll as relevant. 
• Tend to employee's queries and provide solutions. 
• Conduct work permit and visa related works. 
• Monitor online systems and prepare documents as necessary. 
• Regularly check permits and update them as necesary. 

*The employee may be directed to perform other Admin & HR job related tasks other than the ones mentioned above.
