Position: Associate Attorney

We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our team. The candidate must be proactive, analytical, and capable of handling legal tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, organize case files, and assist in trial preparation.
2. Legal Research: Conduct and summarize legal research; prepare reports and memoranda.
3. Client Communication: Gather information, schedule appointments, and correspond with clients and witnesses.
4. Document Management: Draft and file legal documents, ensuring confidentiality..
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal procedures and stay updated on laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in at least the Civil Court.
• Experience in corporate, contract, and employment law preferred.
