Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets
  Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to optimize sales and minimize losses in all outlets.
• Oversee the quotation process for wholesale and retail orders.
  Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity at outlets.
• Lead and motivate the outlet sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Prepare quotation, invoice, receipt, and delivery note as per customers’ requests 
• Manage transactions with customers using POS system, Collect payments, Issue receipts, refunds, or change
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. 
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Track and record all daily delivery orders. 
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
